Fountain of Neptune

As you pass by the Fountain of Neptune, you hear someone say "Psst! You want to make a wish?" You turn to face the origin of the voice, and find yourself face to face with one of the fountain's stone satyrs. Just when you think that you've gone absolutely bonkers, the satyr winks at you.

"Look kid, this stiff here isn't really Neptune," the satyr whispers, glancing meaningfully at the supposed statue of Neptune, "I mean, really, a sea god a stuck on land? come on! But the thing is, he's got all these crazy powers that can grant you anything you desire! He's pretty stingy though, and only grants up to a maximum of three wishes from three different people each month, but it wouldn't hurt to try, right? Just ask once a month though, you wouldn't want to piss him off."
